• Project and Process Delivery: Take primary responsibility for tracking and delivering all projects and process development activities, ensuring seamless organization and implementation across the organization.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain constant alignment with all relevant internal stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest quality standards for all process and project deliverables.
• Progress Updates: Regularly update management on the project and process deliverables' progress.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, particularly in business process modeling (experience with BPMN and CMMN preferred). Certification in these areas is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Educational Background: A degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Business administration or a related field.
• Industry Background: Experience in the IT or telecommunications sector is preferred
• Data Affinity: Applicants should be comfortable extracting information from larger quantities of data, demonstrating a strong ability to analyze and interpret data effectively
• Familiarity with large IT systems: Candidates should be acquainted with navigating larger IT systems, indicating a solid understanding of complex technological environments
• Language Skills: Must be proficient in both German and English.
